A moment of complete zen? The sauna and the swimming pool can be of help!
The stove of the sauna heats up very quickly. By putting water with etheric oils on it, it spreads vapour with a fragrance.
After the saunasession you briefly let your body cool down in the cold air before taking a cold shower under the bucket.
Afterwards you can have a relaxing swim in the swimming pool. The swimming pool is heated from april to september. During winter a polar bear dive in the swimming pool is possible for amateurs.
Would you like to add something extra to the Zen feeling? You can make reservations for a facial or a massage.
