Terms and Conditions

Minimum number of nights: rooms Haven and Riet can be reserved for 1 night, the holiday apartments and the holiday home must be reserved for at least 2 nights.

Maximum number of nights via online reservation is 7 nights. Would you like to book for a longer period? Mail to info@bnbbaz.be and state the number of people, the number of rooms/holiday apartments and the desired period in your description. We will then provide you with a customized price offer.

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation.

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy. The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest. Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Special conditions for holiday home BAZ for 12 to 16 people

Between 40 and 31 days before arrival: 30%
More than 40 days before arrival: 25,00 EUR

Advance, balance and deposit when booking holiday home for 12 to 16 people

The reservation of the BAZ holiday home for 12 to 16 people is only final after the advance of 30% has been paid into the account of Mercodi bv BE55 0014 9459 0144, stating the requested period.
The deposit of EUR 500 is paid at the latest 35 days before the start of the stay to the account of Mercodi bv BE55 0014 9459 0144, stating the requested period. After your stay (or after cancellation) the deposit will be paid to you, provided that no damage has been found in the house. The payment of the balance (70%) for the stay itself is at the latest 35 days before the start of the stay on the account of Mercodi bv BE55 0014 9459 0144, stating the requested period. If full payment of the stay and the deposit has not been made 35 days before the start of the stay, it is assumed that you as a customer have canceled your booking.

Included in the price: Normal consumption of heating, water and electricity, wifi - Cleaning - Use garden with garden furniture, play corner, table tennis, swimming pond and sauna.- Use swimming pond, heated from mid-April (correct day depending on outside temperature) until the end of September - Consumption heating sauna and swimming pond - Tap for still water and sparkling drinking water in the living area - Use of a high chair - Use of dispensers with shampoo, lotion, shower gel, conditioner and hand soap - Maintenance package containing toilet roll per person, washing up sponge(s), washing up liquid, kitchen towel and dish cloth ( use, not to be taken with you) - Private car parking space(s) - Covered bicycle shed with charging point for electric bicycles

Smoking inside is not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the terrace outside.

It is prohibited to use a deep-fat fryer, fondue set, gourmet set or any similar device.

Room Hut is not suitable for children younger than 8 years because of the stairs and banisters with wide openings.

Quiet character, that is an asset of our rooms and holiday homes. We ask you to respect this quiet character and therefore to use the room or holiday home according to its destination.

Dogs and other pets are not allowed.

1 Introduction
Mercodi BV processes information about people on a daily basis. Mercodi BV adheres to the law in doing so. Mercodi BV respects the privacy of the persons about whom it receives information and treats the information as strictly confidential. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data Mercodi processes and for what purposes.

2. Personal data
Mercodi BV processes different types of personal data:
-name, address, phone number, email
-in some cases also ID data such as national register number and date of birth
-information about the guest's stay, including date of arrival and departure, special requests, comments on service preferences (including room preferences, facilities or other services used)
 The information is processed for various purposes. What these purposes are is explained below.

 3. Recipients
We do not share your personal data with companies, organizations and individuals outside Mercodi BV, except in one of the following circumstances.
With your permission
With your permission, we can pass on your personal data to other parties. The permission only applies if it is clear what you are giving your permission for and what the consequences are.
For external processing
We provide personal data to our partners so that they can process data for us, based on our instructions and in accordance with our privacy policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Our partners include our IT suppliers.
For legal reasons
We share personal information when we believe that disclosure of the information is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process or requests from government authorities.
If a legal obligation requires us to do so, we will provide your personal data. For example, it is possible that the police requests information from us in the context of fraud investigations.

4. Retention period
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary, unless there is a legal obligation on us to keep your personal data longer. Our basic principle is that we only keep personal data for as long as is necessary to be able to provide you with our products and/or services. After this, we will delete your personal data as far as possible. If you have provided your e-mail address so that we can keep you informed of our services, we will still keep your data for this.

The purpose of cookies is to collect information about someone, the website or statistics. Some cookies also aim to improve the user experience of the website.

Right of access

Improvement or addition

Are your personal data processed on the basis of your consent? Then you have the right to withdraw your consent. Any withdrawal of your consent does not affect previous processing based on it.
Liability
Despite the care and attention paid to the management of this website, it is possible that the site contains incorrect information. Mercodi BV cannot be held liable for technical or editorial errors that appear in this website, nor for any consequential damage resulting from the use or the temporary unavailability of this website or the links to the websites of third parties.

7. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about the use of your personal data? Then we refer you to the complaints procedure at the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This body is authorized to take cognizance of your complaint.
